How does it work?
Once you've purchased your subscription service, you'll be sent a membership email which contains our 'returns' link. After all the necessary fields are filled in, you'll be sent a bar code via email with your free mailing label. Present this barcode at your local drop off location (our drop off service covers over 4000 locations across the UK) and they'll print your free shipping label and place it on your parcel. Your parcel is then ready to be picked up by our courier. You'll recieve tracking details and will be informed when your parcel has been delivered. Once the service is complete, we'll ship your newly refreshed wig back to you, looking better than ever!
For your new wig, just send an email to info@thewigbarlondon.com with a photo of how you'd like your new wig to look and we'll create it for you.
