01. How do I send my wig to you for a revamp?

There are two ways you can provide us with your wig. 

1. By post
2. Drop your wig in personally at our Spitalfields salon location

Our salon wig drop off times: Wed - Sat / 10 am -6:30 pm.

Once you've booked a service, you'll receive a confirmation email with our address. Place your wig in secure bag and post/drop it in to the address mentioned in your order confirmation email. Don't forget to add your return address and order number to your package.

02. How will I know when you've received my wig?

Please keep an eye on your tracking number. When your wig has been delivered it will be sign for. This means we have your wig. Your service turnaround will start the day after we've received your wig.

03. Can I receive my wig sooner than the service turnaround time?

Yes, we have an express 48hr service which can be selected as part of your wash, treatment & style.

04. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do, shipping prices will vary depending on where you live. If you're shipping your wig from outside of the UK we'd recommend using Fedex or DHL.



Shipping/custom costs are covered by customers. Please note if a parcel value of £135 and below is placed on a custom form, you won't be required to pay customs when your parcel reaches the UK. Parcel values above £135 will require a customs payment of 20% of the parcel value. The Wig Bar will cover costs to ship your wig back to you.


05. I have multiple wig issues, what service do I need?

Under the 'services' tab in our navigation bar above, you'll find a 'request a quote' link. Here you can send us photos of your wig and we'll direct you to the right services as well as provide you with a quote.

06. Can I drop my wigs in personally?

Yes, you can drop your wig in to us personally at our salon HQ address which you'll find in your order confirmation. Wig drops are between Wed-Sat 10am - 6pm.

07. I don't see the service I need on your website. What do I do?

Please contact us directly via email at info@thewigbarlondon.com, we may be able to carry out that service as a custom order. 

08. Do you fit wigs?

We do not provide a wig fitting/installation service.

09. Can I come in to the salon for a consultation?

We do not provide an in person consultation. However you can request a virtual consultation by contacting us at info@thewigbarlondon.com.

When will I receive my wig back?

Turnaround time for our wash, treatment and style service is 8 business days from the day after we've received your wig. 
To confirm if your wig has been received, please check your tracking details. 

My wigs needs extra work, how do I add this on?

If your wig requires additional TLC, please add this to the notes section at checkout or email us after you've booked your service. Additional service charges will be invoiced to you via PayPal. 

Can i request a specific style?

Yes, if you'd like a different style to the Straight or Wavy options available, add this to the notes section at checkout.

My wig is tangled/matted, is fixing this included in the service charge?

Will other bald patches found in my wig be repaired?

Only the bald patch initially highlighted in the product service will be filled. If there are bald patches found that may effect the final finish of the wig we will let you know and give you option to also get the additional balding area repaired, for an additional cost.

My wig is coloured, will the new lace replacement be colour matched to the rest of my wig?

Yes, there is an option to colour match the hair & customise the lace with your lace replacement service. Colour match is £35 & Customisation (bleached knots etc) is £25. To add these services to your order please let us know in the notes section at checkout and we'll be in touch soon after with a PayPal invoice to cover the colour match and/or customisation.

When will i get my wig back?

Turnaround for lace replacement/ventilation services are 14 business days from the day after we've received your wig. Your wig will be shipped after your turnaround time.

How long does the colour service take?

Colour services take between 14 - 20 business day, depending on the colouring required.

How do i get my colour requirements to you?

Once your colour service has been booked, you can email your colour requirments to info@thewigbarlondon.com. Please send us a colour inspo image as well as any other details you have.

What if i change my mind about the colour i want?

Colour changes can be made up to 7 days after your service has been booked. Please email us at info@thewigbarlondon.com with any changes.
Detangling severely tangled/matted wigs are not included in a wash, treatment and style service. Theres an additional charge of £25 for this.
