If you are not 100% satisfied with your revamp service, you can return the revamped wig or hair extension and have any issues rectified, no charge.
You can return a product for up to 5 days from the date you received it.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund payment on wigs and hairpieces. However if you are not satisfied with your wig you can return it (within 5 days of receiving the item) and have any issues rectified, no charge.
Please ensure returns are tracked and your name and address are written on the back of the parcel.
Non-members are responsible for paying for shipping costs when returning their item.
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Products must be in their original packaging, unused and unopened. Customers are responsible for postage and packaging costs for returns, this will not be refunded. Faulty electrical products can be returned to be fixed or replaced within the 30 day period.
