As this is such a common problem, we've created a solution for you.....a regular repair service that tackles any troublesome areas!
With our repair subscription, you'll no longer have to throw away/replace your wigs, instead, we can attend to any problematic areas and you can continue to enjoy your best-loved wigs!
This service is perfect for 360 and full lace wigs.
Service includes:
- 1 x Ventilation Service
- Virgin hair included
- Service covers one of the following, minor bald patches along the parting or hairline.
- Minor repairs ( minor lace tears)
- Special delivery return
- 10-business days turnaround
This is a triannual service, the billing cycle is every 3 months.
How does it work?
Once you've purchased your subscription service, you'll be sent a membership email which contains our 'returns' link. After all the necessary fields are filled in, you'll be sent a free return label. Take your parcel to any of our 4000 drop-off locations across the UK and it'll be picked up by our courier the same day. You'll receive tracking details and will be informed when your parcel has been delivered. Once the service is complete, we'll ship your newly refreshed wig back to you, looking better than ever!
