Regular maintenance is vital if you want to maintain the quality of your wigs. Our wash, treatment and style service will leave your wig soft and manageable, ready to wear straight from the box!

Our professional clean targets problems such as:

• Minor tangling
• Glue/makeup build-up
• Dull, lifeless hair extensions

Processing time for one wig: Standard 8 business days / 48hr express service  

The processing time for multiple wigs will be longer.

When will I receive my wig back?

Your wig will be shipped after your service turnaround time. A shipping confirmation email will be sent when your wig has been shipped. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation email, your wig is yet to be shipped.

Can I express my service?

Only revamp services can be expressed. Express services take 48 hours. Repair & colour services cannot be expressed.

Can I ship/drop my wig into the salon at any time?

Unless you've booked an express service, wigs can only be dropped off or posted to the salon between the following times, Wed-Sat between 10 am - 6 pm. Any wigs due to be delivered to us outside of these times would need a redelivery. Royal Mail automatically redeliver parcels if the recipient isn't available, other shipping companies may differ.
